Data Deletion Instructions

Businesses can connect their Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and Meta ad accounts to Mifu using Facebook Login. This page explains how to remove that access and how to ask us to delete the data Mifu holds.

1. Disconnect Meta from Mifu

  1. Log in to Mifu at app.mifu.co.uk.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  3. Click Disconnect next to Meta Ads, and next to Facebook / Instagram if connected.

This deletes the access token Mifu stored for your account straight away. From then on, Mifu cannot read from or make changes to your ad accounts, Pages or Instagram accounts.

2. Remove Mifu from your Facebook account

  1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
  2. Find Mifu and click Remove.

3. Ask us to delete all of your data

Disconnecting stops Mifu collecting new data. To delete the data we have already synced (ad account, campaign, ad set and ad details, performance reports, audit reports and recommendations), email alex@mifu.co.uk from the email address on your Mifu account. Use the subject “Data deletion request” and include your company name.

We will confirm your request, delete your data within 30 days and email you once it is done.
